Terms of Service
Last updated 22 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between JSQUAREDIGITAL MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us") and the business that creates a WocTok account ("you"). By creating an account or using WocTok, you accept them. If you accept them for a company, you confirm you're allowed to bind it.
The service
WocTok lets your team send and receive WhatsApp messages through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform: message templates, single and bulk sends, a shared inbox, automatic replies, reports and an API. It is for businesses. You must be at least 18 to use it.
Your account
You're responsible for everything done through your account and your API keys, by you or by your team. Keep passwords and keys secret, and tell us at jsquare613@gmail.com straight away if you think someone else has access.
WhatsApp's rules
Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by Meta's terms, which you accept when you connect a number: the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and the WhatsApp Business Messaging and Commerce policies. In particular, you must:
- Message only people who have agreed to hear from your business on WhatsApp, and stop when they ask.
- Not send spam, unlawful content, or anything those policies prohibit.
- Keep your business details on WhatsApp accurate.
Meta decides whether your templates are approved, how many messages your numbers can send, and whether a number or account is restricted. We can't override those decisions and aren't responsible for them.
Fees and your wallet
- You pay through a prepaid wallet in Indian rupees, topped up through Cashfree Payments.
- Each connected WhatsApp number has a monthly fee, taken from your wallet on your renewal day. A number connected partway through a period is charged for the days left in it.
- Each message Meta charges for is paid from your wallet at the rate on your Billing page: Meta's price for that kind of message and country, plus our margin. If Meta doesn't charge for a message, or it fails, the amount goes back into your wallet.
- The current fee and rates are always on your Billing page. We'll tell you at least 30 days before we raise them.
- If your wallet can't cover a renewal, you get a short grace period, shown on the Billing page. After it, your account is locked, apart from Billing, until the renewal is paid. Messages sent to you are still saved while it's locked.
- Removing a number doesn't refund the rest of its period.
- Wallet balances can't be withdrawn or refunded, except where the law requires it, or where we close your account for a reason other than your breach of these terms. Then we refund the unused balance to the payment method it came from.
- Taxes apply as the law requires.
Your data
Your messages, contacts and templates belong to you. You allow us to store and process them only to provide WocTok to you, as our Privacy Policy describes. You're responsible for having the right to message the people on your lists, and for telling them how you use their data.
Acceptable use
Don't use WocTok to:
- break the law, or send messages people haven't agreed to receive;
- harass, deceive or impersonate anyone;
- send malware, or try to reach other customers' data or test our systems' security;
- resell access to WocTok without our written agreement.
Availability and changes
We work to keep WocTok running, but it depends on Meta, our hosting providers and the internet, so we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may improve, change or remove features. If a change removes something you rely on, we'll tell you in advance where we reasonably can.
Suspension and closing your account
You can stop using WocTok at any time, and ask us to close your account at jsquare613@gmail.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or Meta's policies, puts other customers or the platform at risk, or that Meta has restricted. Where we can, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. After an account is closed, we delete its data as the Privacy Policy describes.
Liability
WocTok is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, or for messages Meta refuses, delays or doesn't deliver. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits a liability the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Claims about your messages
If someone brings a claim against us because of messages you sent, content you uploaded, or your breach of these terms or Meta's policies, you'll cover our reasonable costs and losses from it.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts that have jurisdiction over our registered office.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell account owners about significant changes before they take effect. Using WocTok after that means you accept the new terms.
