Deleting your data

In WocTok, open Settings → WhatsApp and choose Remove number (admins and managers can). Its access token is deleted straight away, along with that number's messages, bulk sends, conversations and auto-responses. Your templates stay.

In Meta Business Suite, open Settings → Accounts → WhatsApp accounts, choose the account, and remove JSQUAREDIGITAL MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED from its partners. We can no longer send or receive messages for that account. Remove the number in WocTok as well to delete what we already hold for it.

The account owner emails jsquare613@gmail.com from the email address they sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account" and the workspace's name. We reply to confirm, then within 30 days we delete:

• the workspace, its team members and their sign-ins;
• every connected number and its access token;
• messages, media files, conversations, bulk sends and contacts;
• templates, auto-responses, API keys and the activity log.

Payment and wallet records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted. Templates you submitted to Meta also stay in your WhatsApp Business Account; delete them in WhatsApp Manager if you no longer want them.

• Reply STOP. You go on that business's opt-out list in WocTok, and its bulk messages skip you.
• Ask that business to delete your messages and number. It decides what happens to them, and we act on its instructions.
• Or email jsquare613@gmail.com with your phone number and the business's name. We'll pass the request on and make sure it's handled.
